1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Jehosuduw Urban Farm Academy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Registration and Payment
Course registration requires advance payment. Fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by us. Payment confirms your enrollment and reserves your spot in the selected course.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit cards, and online payment platforms. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes.
3. Course Attendance and Conduct
Students must attend all scheduled sessions to receive certification. Late arrivals may be refused entry to maintain class quality. Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students is mandatory.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of safety protocols may result in immediate removal from courses without refund.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Course cancellations by students must be made at least 7 days before the start date for partial refund consideration. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided for courses cancelled by us.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including presentations, handouts, and videos, are proprietary to Jehosuduw Urban Farm Academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
Recording of classes is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by instructors.
6. Certification and Credentials
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates represent completion of training but do not guarantee employment or business success.
Misrepresentation of credentials or fraudulent use of our certificates may result in revocation and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jehosuduw Urban Farm Academy provides educational services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question.
8. Safety and Insurance
Students participate in hands-on activities at their own risk. While we maintain safety protocols, participants are responsible for following instructions and using proper safety equipment.
Students are advised to maintain personal insurance coverage. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents during course activities.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may use contact information for course-related communications and marketing purposes.
10. Website Usage
Our website is for informational and registration purposes. Unauthorized use, hacking attempts, or malicious activities are prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with updated effective dates. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia.
